Kick off your fall season with Rising Ready, our preseason in the park event!
Join us August 9-10 at the beautiful Burns Park in North Little Rock for a weekend of exciting preseason action. This tournament-style event offers a fantastic opportunity for teams to tune up, test strategies, and build camaraderie before the official season begins.
What to Expect:
Each team will play a total of 3 games (2 on Saturday, August 9th, and 1 on Sunday, August 10th).
Enjoy the scenic backdrop of Burns Park while getting valuable game experience.
Please note that no trophies will be awarded. The focus of this event is to get teams and players game-ready for the start of their seasons. Our preseason kick-off event will also focus on preparation and development.

Tournament Rules
LAWS OF THE GAME: Except as modified by these Rules, all games will be played in accordance with the laws of the game observed by USYSA/FIFA.
AGES:
U19 – Born in the year 2007 or younger
U18 – Born in the year 2008 or younger
U17 – Born in the year 2009 or younger
U16 – Born in the year 2010 or younger
U15 – Born in the year 2011 or younger
U14 – Born in the year 2012 or younger
U13 – Born in the year 2013 or younger
U12 – Born in the year 2014 or younger
U11 – Born in the year 2015 or younger
ELIGIBILITY:
• Team must be currently registered with its local USSF/USYSA/US Club organization, and may have no more than 24 players for 11v11 and 18 player max for 9v9.
• Each team must have a 2025-2026 State approved roster or US Club roster, all players must be registered and checked in for the tournament. A player not currently registered and added to roster will be ineligible to participate.
• Teams must have a laminated 2025-2026 USSF/USYSA/US Club player registration card with picture for each player, which will be checked against the rosters. Player cards must be present at each game.
• Each team is allowed six (6) guests, and all guest player must have valid 2025-2026 player card.

PLAYING CONDITIONS: The playing conditions of the fields at the Burns Park Soccer Complex is determined solely by the staff of the North Little Rock Parks & Rec Department and communicated to the Arkansas Rising Soccer Club in the event of inclement weather. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to shorten games, reschedule games, or end the event due to inclement weather. Games terminated after the start of the second half due to weather shall stand.
UNIFORMS: Players must wear numbers on backs of their shirts. Each player will have a different number that shall coincide with number on the roster. The home team (listed first on the schedule) should wear a light-colored jersey and the visiting team should wear a dark colored jersey. In the event team jerseys are the same or similar color, the home team will change colors. All players’ equipment is subject to referee approval. Shin guards are required and must be worn by every player.
CONDUCT OF PLAYERS, COACHES AND FANS: All players and coaches for each team will occupy the same side of the field and spectators will occupy the opposite side of their team bench. Noisemakers will not be allowed at the fields. Consumption of alcoholic beverages on Showcase fields or facilities will not be allowed. Unmanageable behavior will not be tolerated from players, spectators, parents, or team officials. Offenders will be removed from playing area and banned from participation in any manner for remainder of Showcase. Physical and or verbal abuse on any official will result in the forfeit of all games played, or to be played, as well as forfeit of all Showcase fees. It will be the policy of the Showcase Committee to attempt prosecution of any party physically attacking any official.
TEAM DISCIPLINE: Any player receiving two yellow cards or a red card during a game will be ejected. Ejected players must remove themselves from playing area and are banned from playing in the current game. The ejected player may play in the following match if the red card was not earned from violent conduct or referee abuse. Player card(s) can be picked up at the Tournament Headquarters at the conclusion of the Team’s next game. It is the responsibility of coach to retrieve player card.
SUBSTITUTIONS – May occur at any stoppage and are unlimited with REFEREE Permission
TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE: ARKANSAS RISING SOCCER CLUB, its Board Members and Tournament Committee are not responsible for any expenses or obligations incurred by any team if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part. The Tournament Committee’s interpretation of the foregoing rules and regulations is final. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to decide all matters pertaining to the Tournament. No refunds will be made after the lists of accepted teams are posted.
Once tournament has started regardless of elapsed time or games played, refunds will not be issued. A team withdrawing from the Tournament before the entry deadline will receive a refund, less a 25% administrative fee. Refund checks will be mailed to the primary team contact’s address obtained during electronic registration. There will be no refunds given to a team withdrawing after the entry deadline. Teams submitting incorrect information or changing information on the entry form after acceptance shall be subject to removal from the Tournament and forfeiture of the entry fee. In case of cancellation of the tournament prior to the event starting due to inclement weather, acts of God, or other factors beyond control, 25% of the entry fee will be retained by the Arkansas Rising Soccer Club to cover expenses and start-up costs. No refund will be given once the tournament begins.
Arkansas Rising Soccer Club, tournament sponsors or any authorized representative, agent, or employee of any of these organizations shall not be responsible for any expense incurred by any team, club, or individual if the event is canceled in whole or in part or for any liability in connection with the tournament for personal injury or property loss in connection with traveling to, participating in, or traveling from the tournament. Each team, players, coach, or supporter shall participate in and attend the tournament at its, hers, or his own risk. The Director’s or Executive Committee’s interpretation and application of each of rules included herein and such interpretation and application will be final. By entering the tournament, each club, team, and player agrees to be bound, and abide, by each of the rules included herein.
No alcohol, no drugs, and no firearms are allowed at the fields or complex.
Tournament Dates

Each team will play 2 games on Saturday and one on Sunday.

This tournament is a Stay and Play Event, all out of town teams must use the following link to book hotels during the tournament.
Stay and Play events can make your life easier as a manager since with one call the whole room block can be changed or cancelled, eliminating the need for every parent to call.
