Our goal at Arkansas Rising Recreation is to create a fun, nurturing environment for our players to develop their love for the game and create lasting friendships and a lifetime of memories.

Become a Paid Coach or Intern

Paid Coaches and Interns help create a fun, organized, and positive experience for players and families while gaining hands on experience in coaching, leadership, and youth sports operations. This is a great opportunity for college students, athletes, future educators, or anyone interested in coaching, sports management, or player development.


 Coach Education

  • Mandatory: SafeSport is a program designed to keep athletes of all sports safe from misconduct. This online course is focused on protecting minors from misconduct and abuse.  Arkansas Rising believes that education and awareness are vital in eliminating misconduct in sport.
