Overview

This is the next step after 4v4. Players move into a more structured game with goalkeepers, bigger fields, and more decision making.

5v5 is designed to feel like a mini Academy environment to help players and parents for the next step.

The Gold Division offers a faster, more competitive game. The Navy Division gives players a place to learn, grow, and enjoy the game. Players are challenged to think, move, and play with purpose while still having fun in both divisions

This helps build the habits and confidence needed for the next level.Teams train at their home location, but games rotate across all Rising sites. Building a stronger club community and gives families a clear path, whether that’s moving into Academy or continuing in the Youth League at 7v7.

Coaching

Volunteer coaches lead each team.

Rising staff support with training plans and on-field help.

Team Placement

Players are placed based on both age and overall experience.

Our goal is to create the right environment for every player to enjoy the game and improve.
